BREMER Stuttgart is building a commercial property in Wiesloch for the customer Haus+Co Projektmanagement GmbH. A daycare center for around 70 children is being built on the two lower floors of the lighthouse project in the new residential area, while the five floors above will be used as offices.
The approximately 26 meter high building is barrier-free accessible. Architectural special features are the clinker brick façade, the structure staggered upwards and the loggias and roof terraces on the upper floors. The entire building is air-conditioned and has sun protection on all windows.
