Yet another contract carrying forward a long-standing business relationship. The extension of the XXXLutz central warehouse consists of 3 hall sections separated by fire walls. Apart from featuring generous areas for receiving and despatch operations with a total of 64 docks, the building also includes multiple stacked mezzanine levels. Some accommodate offices and ancillary rooms, others – with double-T slabs for greater strength – are used for logistical purposes. The storage area is designed for a conventional warehouse and a narrow-aisle warehouse with extra-even surfaces and clear heights of more than 16 m. The entire building consists of precast elements made at BREMER's own production plants. The facility is realised as a turnkey project including all technical installations and all exterior facilities, for which approx. 80,000 cbm of earth first needs to be moved.
