Object description

The two halls each consist of a precast reinforced concrete structure with trapezoidal sheet metal roofing. The larger building features a two-story office building in front of it. The interior construction is tailored to the specific requirements of the user. In the second logistics building, the administrative and social areas are integrated into the mezzanine levels. This additional construction, along with other measures, helps improve sound insulation, which is also part of the scope of this turnkey project.

TWO BUILDINGS THAT FIT TOGETHER PERFECTLY

The logistics park in Ratingen consists of two buildings with a total area of over 37,000 m². The larger of the two halls is used for logistics by the sanitary ceramics manufacturer Keramag. Custom-built and perfectly constructed.
