A state-of-the-art production facility for a highly sensitive and tightly regulated product, medical cannabis, was developed at the Leuna Chemical Park. BREMER was entrusted with the turnkey delivery of this specialised facility, individually designed, efficiently executed, and precisely tailored to meet the client’s complex requirements.

The building was constructed entirely using reinforced concrete, from the foundation slab and load-bearing walls through to the roof structure. This robust construction provides the basis for highly controlled production conditions at the highest standards.

Particular attention was paid to the building services engineering. The entire facility is fully climate-controlled, with precisely adjustable parameters for temperature, humidity, and air pressure. This ensures consistently stable production conditions, a critical success factor in such a sensitive and highly regulated industry.
