Object description

BREMER is building a logistics centre for Laverana GmbH & Co. KG in Barsinghausen. The name Laverana has stood for certified natural cosmetics for over 30 years.

The new building will be constructed on 2 levels on a special foundation and will include office space of 760 sqm. This will be immediately followed by the construction of the base plate and foundation for a high-bay warehouse of approx. 3,000 sqm.

The filling and production hall will be directly connected to the first construction stage (logistics and warehouse unit + high-bay warehouse). The new hall consists of 3 sections with waterproofing compliant with the WHG (Water Resources Act) and a special floor coating. The new building is connected to a 4-storey office building with social and office rooms and contains several options for extension. A refrigerated hazardous materials storage facility will be integrated in the building.
