Object description

For ALCARO Invest GmbH, BREMER West GmbH & Co. KG is developing the new “Log Plaza Colonia 3” in Cologne-Porz. The project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art logistics center on a 59,200 m² brownfield site, providing a total usable area of approximately 34,900 m², including warehouse, office, and mezzanine space.

The facility comprises four separate units and features 29 loading docks, 124 parking spaces, as well as a comprehensive security and sprinkler system. A large-scale façade artwork will serve as a distinctive architectural feature, giving the property a unique visual identity.

Constructed in accordance with high sustainability standards, the development is designed to achieve DGNB Gold certification and comply with the requirements of the EG40 energy-efficiency standard and the German Building Energy Act (GEG) 2024. As such, the project sets a benchmark for sustainable and energy-efficient logistics real estate.
