AMB Logistics Hall Hamburg

Object description

There are two halls (A and B) of the AMB Hausbruch Industrial Center 2 BV and 3 BV on the property at Heykenaukamp 10 in Hamburg-Harburg. The property is part of a larger area where various production and logistics facilities already exist. Hall A with a total of 22,500 m² is located in the northwestern part of the property. The 11,500 m² hall B is located in the north-eastern part. Docking points with loading bridges and sectional doors have been built on the south facade. Above these loading zones are the social and office areas on the first floor. The 2nd floor forms another storage level. The construction of the building consists of a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure with a trapezoidal sheet metal covering and hard roofing as well as an ISO facade.
