BREMER is once again carrying out a construction project for Aurelis Real Estate.

In just 12 months, a state-of-the-art logistics centre with excellent links to the A2 and A7 motorways is being built in Laatzen, south of Hanover.

The property offers around 24,000 m² of logistics space, which can be flexibly divided into up to three units. With a clear height of 12 m, the property is suitable for both single-tenant and multi-tenant use. 
WGK3-compliant facilities are planned for sensitive stored goods.

Sustainability plays a central role in this project – from recycling during demolition, through to a green roof and photovoltaic system, right up to the targeted DGNB Gold certification.

The warehouse will be ready for occupancy from September 2025.

Special features

A key feature is the WHG-compliant waterproofing, which meets the most stringent requirements for water protection. In the event of an accident, this waterproofing prevents substances harmful to water from seeping into the ground.
