BREMER Nord GmbH is already constructing its fourth famila supermarket for Bartels-Langness Handelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG and is continuing this successful collaboration with the new development in Barmstedt. With a total floor area of around 6,300 m², a high-performance and forward-looking retail venue is taking shape, one that meets both functional and sustainability requirements.

The new building impresses with its clean, contemporary architecture and its spacious, flexible layouts. In addition to the supermarket building, the development includes a covered car park fitted with a photovoltaic system, thereby making a significant contribution to sustainable energy generation.

Other key features of the project include an external steel staircase and public access to the site, ensuring optimal connectivity and safe access for customers. The design takes into account both efficient operational processes and a comfortable customer experience.

The construction period will last a total of 12 months. The supermarket is scheduled to open in November 2026.
