Greenfield Production Facility Mühlacker

Object description

A production hall is being built on the approx. 45,770 m² site in Mühlacker. The overall project consists of a hall measuring 24,200 m² in total, which will be used as a production and logistics area. The social areas are housed in the 2-storey office with an area of 600 m² and the 460 m² of office fittings in the hall. The hall is to be loaded via 4 high-speed doors and the 4 dock levellers. For the intensive production processes, 2 transformers with a total output of 5000 kVA and an area-wide lighting system with 500 lux will be installed.
