Object description

BREMER is building an extension to the production facility for Karl Verpackungen GmbH on a 13,185 m² site. The hall will be separated into production and storage areas by an isowall. In the northern area, extension axes are planned for a possible 2nd construction phase. Incoming and outgoing goods are transported via a deep courtyard with 3 dock levellers and sectional doors. Office and social areas as well as technical rooms are located in a 2-storey hall extension and on a mezzanine floor.
