Located directly on the A9 motorway in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, this state-of-the-art logistics centre was delivered by BREMER as the general contractor and developed by its in-house project development team in the heart of the former Solar Valley. Covering an impressive 110,000 m², the facility provides ample space for modern logistics operations, spread across an area equivalent to more than 15 football pitches.

Beyond its sheer scale, the project stands out for its construction approach. Heating and cooling are provided exclusively through heat pump technology, both in the warehouse areas and in the adjoining four-storey office building. The roof is equipped with a high-performance photovoltaic system, supplying green electricity directly to the tenants. Complementing the sustainability concept is an on-site rainwater management system designed for complete infiltration of rainwater. Architecturally, the building also makes a strong statement, featuring a vibrant façade composed of differently coloured panels that harmoniously combine functionality and aesthetics.
