Object description

BREMER AG is building for the Weidenhammer company for the second time. This is the new construction of the 1st construction phase of a production and warehouse building as a prefabricated reinforced concrete construction: The facade of the hall consists of an ISO facade. The roof construction consists of trapezoidal sheet metal with insulation and sealing. The two-storey office building in front is connected to the hall in a prefabricated reinforced concrete construction. The halls are divided by fire walls. The production area is equipped with crane runway systems. The production heat is fed into the building via a heat recovery system. A PV system will be installed on the roof to generate electricity. The system is designed for a 2nd construction phase as an extension.
