The project involves the construction of a new logistics building as a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure: the hall façade consists of a cassette façade with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding. The roof construction consists of trapezoidal sheet metal with insulation and sealing. The office building in front is connected to the hall in a prefabricated reinforced concrete construction. The hall is divided by a rental area partition wall. The halls are sprinklered.
