BREMER is currently building the third construction phase of a logistics center in Oberkrämer for the investor GARBE Industrial Real Estate. After BREMER has already successfully completed the first and second construction phases, a further 21,974 square meters of attractive logistics space is currently being built in the immediate vicinity of the capital. Thanks to 20 loading bridges and two ground-level overhead doors, the hall is suitable for a wide range of logistical services.
Parking spaces for 60 cars and four trucks will be created on the outdoor area. Some of the parking spaces will be equipped with electric charging stations.
Particular attention is paid to sustainability. A photovoltaic system will be installed on the entire roof area. The hall is illuminated by energy-efficient LEDs.
The property meets the high criteria of the DGNB e.V. (German Society for Sustainable Building) and should receive the gold certificate.
