Object description

The 10,000 m² new building offers both a dry goods warehouse and a cold storage area with an attached frozen food area. The special feature: If necessary, the new dry storage facility can be converted into an additional cold storage facility.

At the same time, BREMER carried out extensive work on the existing property on around 7,500 m². The previous fresh meat and frozen food storage facility was converted into a fruit and vegetable and dry storage facility. The support office was expanded into the existing structure as a wooden frame structure. The break room and the associated kitchen were also expanded. Further work was carried out outside, including the dismantling of a rain retention basin.ebaut.

Special features

• Different temperature zones: from the drying hall (+17°C) to fruit and vegetables, cold storage, fresh meat to the frozen storage warehouse (-24 to -28°C).
