ALDI central distribution center

Object description

BREMER is constructing an extension to the existing ALDI central distribution center in Großbeeren, south of Berlin, for ALDI Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG, located within the Großbeeren Freight Village.

The project comprises a logistics warehouse built using BREMER’s proven precast concrete construction method, featuring a metal sandwich-panel façade and a warm roof system on a trapezoidal steel deck structure. The building is divided into several temperature-controlled areas, each equipped with extensive building services and technical installations tailored to the specific operational requirements.

In addition to the construction of the new facility, the project also includes extensive modification and refurbishment works to the existing buildings and infrastructure, all of which are being carried out while the distribution center remains fully operational.
