Object description

BREMER Süd GmbH has completed the new flagship store for Reifen Müller, a project that presented a number of unique challenges. Originally started by another contractor, the project was taken over by BREMER Süd following the contractor’s insolvency. At that stage, approximately 50% of the precast concrete structure had been erected, but parts of it had been incorrectly assembled and damaged. Following extensive remedial work, the project was successfully completed within just ten months.

The new development combines workshop facilities, office space and extensive storage capacity. On the ground floor, the fitting workshop provides six passenger vehicle bays and two truck bays, as well as storage space for new tyres for all vehicle categories. The upper floor offers storage capacity for up to 16,000 customer wheel sets. A particular focus is placed on services for trucks and large tyres, including on-site fitting and repair services.
