BREMER Nord Expansion of office space in Hamburg

At the BREMER site in Hamburg, we are currently carrying out the full fit-out of our new rental space, which was taken over in a shell condition. The aim is to create a modern, open and forward-looking office space in an industrial style. Visible technical installations on the ceilings, transparent structures and a flexible spatial layout characterise the design concept. Mobile partition walls allow individual offices to be flexibly enlarged and adapted to different requirements.

The delivery and logistics situation currently presents a particular challenge. Four construction companies are working simultaneously on the site, whilst the outdoor facilities are being constructed at the same time. This requires precise coordination and a high degree of collaboration between all parties involved.

A total of 25 office spaces are being created, with room for up to 60 employees:

The 4th floor houses all the workstations as well as an internal meeting room.  

Inn the 5th floor, we are creating two further meeting rooms for external appointments, a spacious work café – which can also be used for larger training sessions – and a reception area with a bar. Both areas feature adjoining roof terraces, enhancing the quality of the space.

An open, internal staircase connects the two levels, ensuring short distances and a spacious feel. As a special highlight, we are furnishing the three meeting rooms with individual thematic concepts closely linked to Hamburg: the Elbe, the Speicherstadt and the Elbphilharmonie.
