Object description

BREMER is constructing a new fire station for the Hegge communities in the town of Brakel, designed to meet the latest technical and construction standards as well as all relevant regulatory and accident insurance requirements.

The functional and future-ready facility, offering approximately 570 square metres of usable floor space, will be delivered as a turnkey project. At the heart of the new building is a 16.6-metre-wide, 15.6-metre-long and 6.5-metre-high apparatus bay with accommodation for three emergency vehicles. An extension axis has already been incorporated into the design, allowing the vehicle bay to be expanded with additional parking spaces in the future should operational requirements increase.

In addition to spacious changing and sanitary facilities, the new fire station will provide attractive training and educational spaces for the active members of the volunteer fire brigade.

The new facility will therefore offer optimal conditions for both operational readiness and the ongoing training and development of fire service personnel.
