Object description
For the City of Warstein, BREMER West is delivering two new fire stations in the districts of Mülheim-Sichtigvor and Suttrop. The scope of services includes turnkey construction as well as the preparation and submission of planning applications.
Both fire stations are being designed and constructed to an almost identical specification. The key difference is that the fire station in Suttrop will provide three appliance bays, whereas the facility in Mülheim-Sichtigvor will accommodate four.
In addition, the following features are included:
- Mechanical ventilation and extraction systems in the welfare and staff areas
- Integration of an emergency backup power system
- Outdoor washing bay for emergency vehicles
- High-quality facade design for the vehicle halls, ensuring harmonious integration into the respective local surroundings
