The concept of the building, like all of the user's distribution centers, is modular in design and can be flexibly adapted to the local requirements of the distribution area. The transshipment hall features 42-meter-long reinforced concrete beams that span the hall, where the sorting system is located, without any supports. BREMER's precise construction planning and on-time execution ensure that the complex conveyor technology can be installed early in the process, significantly reducing the overall construction time.

The facade features a reinforced concrete sandwich base with a steel ISO facade above it in the company colors, along with a band of windows. The two-story office building has a total floor area of 540 m².

Initially, earthworks are required to level a height difference of up to 5.0 meters on the site. All rainwater from the roof surfaces is absorbed on the property through infiltration.
