Eschenbach logistics hall with office extension in Sulz am Neckar

Object description

The “Eschenbach” project in Sulz am Neckar was successfully completed and handed over to the client in October 2024. Constructed at Georg-Wössner-Ring 6, the development was delivered within just ten months and comprises a modern logistics facility with an integrated storage mezzanine, as well as a two-storey office extension including technical service areas. Construction commenced in January 2024.

The logistics hall measures approximately 102.90 m in length and 72.50 m in width. The storage mezzanine provides an area of approximately 28.70 m × 12.00 m, while the office building measures approximately 33.40 m × 6.50 m. The parapet height of the hall is approximately 12.50 m in the higher section and 9.37 m in the lower section.

Particular challenges included the extremely confined construction site and the need to build right up to the adjacent embankments. In addition, the ongoing operations of the neighbouring company, Meier Logistik, had to be considered throughout the entire construction period. Despite these demanding conditions, the project was delivered on schedule and to a high standard of quality.

In addition to the turnkey construction works, the scope of services also included the demolition of existing parking areas. The completed development stands out for its functional and well-conceived design, fully meeting the requirements of modern logistics and office space.
