Object description

A decades-long partnership continues. The 7-story building is an additional expansion of Finke's central logistics site. The building, with a footprint of approximately 3,500 m², spans seven floors that are connected by three high-performance elevators for goods movement, handling both inbound and outbound logistics. With a total height of 30 meters, it is an "outstanding" project in Paderborn, fully constructed using precast elements for stiffening cores with wall panels and floor slabs. The high structural loads, up to 1,700 tons per column, are transferred to the ground through a shallow foundation.
