Furniture and kitchen retail centre in Rosbach

Object description

A new furniture and kitchen retail centre has been developed in Rosbach on a 16,000 m² site that previously housed the former Roller store. The project was delivered by BREMER Karlsruhe as a turnkey construction scheme and completed within just one year.

The two-storey building features a 14-metre-high high-bay warehouse, providing optimal storage capacity. The roof is equipped with a photovoltaic system and an extensive green roof, both of which contribute to the building’s sustainability and environmental performance. One of the project’s distinctive features is its triangular sprinkler tank, which was installed directly within the building.

This development sets new standards in design, functionality and sustainability, offering customers a modern and attractive shopping experience.
