Object description

The 3-storey retail building is constructed directly adjacent to the three-deck parking facility. The two are essentially designed as a free-standing edifice. The retail building is only connected to the existing block development by a single-storey garage along part of the longitudinal side of the project. The retail building and parking facility are divided by a fire wall into two separate fire compartments. Because of the downtown location, only minimal exterior facilities are planned, most of which will be for tenants' use.
