Object description

The team at BREMER Nord GmbH is constructing a new production hall with office space for the food manufacturer Lorenz Bahlsen.

Project Features & Challenges:

Demolition of the existing halls, followed by reassembly on the company premises – whilst operations continue.

Due to the nature of the food industry, very high hygiene standards apply. Small building site: the new hall must be cleverly integrated into existing structures.

Flooring solution: a fully coated floor with high slip resistance that is also very easy to clean – a key requirement in food production.

Integration of logistics areas with offices – functional, efficient and future-oriented.

The new hall is optimally designed for logistics processes, improving material flow and working conditions – without interrupting ongoing operations.

The construction period is 12 months.
