Metro Properties Market Hall Aschaffenburg

Object description

BREMER is building a new market hall in Aschaffenburg for the real estate company Metro Properties. The construction project is a shopping and consumer market for daily needs and is divided into the following areas: Shopping market, delivery, office and social areas.

Construction work began in October 2018 with the development of the site. In mid-April 2019, the market hall was connected to the surrounding area and the parking concept with around 300 parking spaces at ground level and the outdoor facilities were laid out. The building was handed over to real on schedule in August 2019.

The building combines transparent food processing with retail space in the tradition of market halls on around 5,000 m². The market hall concept is based on the model of classic weekly markets. Producers, specialist retailers and master craftsmen work side by side under one roof, arranged like a marketplace.
