Object description

Marker oHG and BREMER are realizing a joint project in Hamburg for the first time. An ultra-modern fresh produce center is being created with storage and circulation areas at different temperatures for fruit, vegetables and additional product ranges, a deep-freeze area and an integrated office extension on a total area of approx. 7,000 m² (BT1). Separated from BT1 by a firewall, the directly adjacent BT2 comprises a rental area with a warehouse and an office on a total area of approx. 5,000 m². The entire site covers approx. 38,000 m² and is conveniently located directly on the A25 and A1.
