Object description

Breuer GmbH & Co KG develops, produces, and distributes products for the do-it-yourself market and the high-end sanitary trade. The new construction of the plant, logistics, and administrative building is designed to significantly improve and optimize processes, workflows, and working conditions. A solid three-story office building is being constructed on the northern part of the site. The ground floor will house training and exhibition rooms as well as offices, while the upper floors are designated for office use. The building features two staircases and an elevator.

Adjacent to the office building and integrated into the hall is a two-story wing with office spaces on the ground floor and social rooms for employees on the upper floor. Additionally, a mezzanine above the loading docks has been planned to allow for the future expansion of office space.
