Object description

For mateco GmbH, BREMER Süd GmbH is developing a new branch facility in the intermunicipal business park Scanham, near Rendsburg. Situated on a site of approximately 11,000 m², the project will create a modern, high-performance location with excellent transport connections and direct access to the nearby A7 motorway.

The new development comprises a functionally integrated building ensemble consisting of a workshop, machinery hall, and office building, including training and meeting facilities. The premises will also provide staff welfare and operational support areas, complemented by spacious external facilities designed for logistics operations, equipment handling, and vehicle movements.

The technical infrastructure will include an on-site fuelling station with a wash bay as well as EV charging points. In total, the development will create 24 administrative and operational jobs. Turnkey completion is scheduled for May 2026. Through this project, BREMER Süd GmbH is making an important contribution to the further development of the Scanham business location and to the sustainable strengthening of the region’s infrastructure.
