Chefs Culinar logistics centre Büren

Object description

BREMER is delivering a logistics centre for Chefs Culinar as the general contractor in the business park at Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport, located in Büren-Ahden.

With a footprint of approximately 43,000 m² and dimensions of around 259 metres in length, 221 metres in width and 22 metres in height, the facility will provide a total volume of roughly 750,000 m³.

The centre is designed to accommodate a full product range, including food products from ambient goods and fresh produce through to frozen foods, as well as non-food items. Its centrepiece will be a semi-automated high-bay warehouse, with provisions for a future expansion to include high-convenience food production facilities.
