Object description

The production building consists of 3 production areas including a mezzanine with a total area of 8,175 m², a storage area of around 3,215 m² and an extension with workshop, technical, office and social areas of around 810 m². The sections are separated by fire walls and system walls. The building consists of a reinforced concrete construction. The individual hall sections can be accessed via high-speed doors. There are 8 loading units. The office area, with a representative entrance area, is located on the ground floor.
