Object description
Heinrich Schmid is having BREMER construct two new office buildings here as a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure. The façades of the office buildings are being constructed with aluminum window strips and a thermal insulation composite system, while the stairwell area is being designed as a post-and-beam construction. The entire roof construction will be extensively greened as a visual highlight.
Office building 1 has a total of 5 floors and a basement. Office building 2 has 6 floors. The first floor contains training and exhibition rooms that can be flexibly adapted in size.
The hall consists of a cold storage area, a waste room and social areas. A gallery level of 155.00 m² will be integrated in one area of the hall.
Around 200 parking spaces will be created on the outside of the property.
Special features
BREMER builds for the first time for the company Malerwerkstätten Heinrich Schmid GmbH & Co. KG. For this construction project, BREMER will use geothermal probes that will be sunk to a depth of approx. 150 meters. This climate-friendly method will ensure the heating and cooling supply for the entire building. Cavity floors will be installed in the buildings. The advantage of this is the use of the large free space in the floor for installations such as IT, electrical etc. A groundwater supply line runs through the construction site. The all-glass elevators, with which each office building is equipped, are a special visual feature.
