Object description

A logistics and business park is being built on the approx. 28,000 m² site in Mörfelden. The overall project consists of three building complexes and a parking garage and is being built in one construction phase. The total hall area of 14,500 m² can be subdivided according to user requirements. Variable usable areas from 250m² to 3,000m² are possible. The 3,000m² of office space will be located on the mezzanine level on the 1st floor and will be expanded as required. Each part of the hall can be used flexibly via 5 delivery yards with 16 ground-level gates and 16 loading bridges.
