Object description

BREMER is building a new administration building for VIB Vermögen AG.
The 3-storey building consists of two interconnected components. In the middle are a large foyer and galleries with an open staircase leading to the office and social areas as well as the meeting rooms and the canteen with outdoor terrace. The façades are composed of large-format windows and aluminum panels.
The building is equipped with a ventilation system as well as heating and cooling ceilings that are supplied by geothermal probes. A heat pump enables the economical use of geothermal energy for heating and cooling.
