Object description

BREMER is once again building an administration building for VIB Vermögen AG for its own use.
The 3-storey building consists of two interconnected parts. In the middle there is a large foyer and a gallery with an open staircase leading to the office and social areas as well as the meeting rooms and the canteen with an outdoor terrace. The façades are composed of large-format windows and aluminum panels.

The building is equipped with a ventilation system and heating and cooling ceilings, which are supplied by geothermal probes. With the help of a heat pump, geothermal energy can be used economically for heating and cooling.
