Object description
The architecturally designed panel façade with continuous mullion-transom glass façade elements features SunGuard glazing in a blue hue, combined with exposed concrete elements from the BREMER plant in Paderborn.
The production hall is separated from the office area by a continuous fire wall. Behind this fire wall are individual offices, each with F90 glazing facing the production area, and at the same time, full glass walls facing the open-plan offices. The open-plan offices are bathed in light thanks to the mullion-transom façade and are very generously equipped. The glass façade is equipped with an automatic glare protection system on the interior side. Each open-plan office has a centrally integrated meeting room enclosed by glass walls.
All water taps, dryers, and flush systems are equipped with touchless sensors to ensure maximum hygiene. The building includes various meeting and training rooms that can be sectioned off using fully automatic partition walls.
Inside the hall, five so-called DYNO Rooms have been constructed, made of reinforced concrete with internal soundproofing panels. The foundation of these DYNO Rooms consists of 1-meter-thick reinforced concrete slabs, on which steel cast plates are laid horizontally with a tolerance of 1/100 mm. These plates were custom cast in the steel mill and milled to accommodate machinery. The weight of each steel plate in a DYNO Room is approximately 90 tons. This highly unusual task for a construction company was also carried out under the direction of BREMER AG.
The building is fully sprinklered and equipped with an emergency power generator to maintain essential functions in the event of an emergency.
