Object description

BREMER is constructing a logistics park for SEGRO in Berlin, in close proximity to BER Airport. The project comprises two units with floor areas of 10,346 m² and 8,504 m² respectively, and a clear internal height of 12 metres to the underside of the roof structure.

The facility meets the BEG 40 energy-efficiency standard and features a photovoltaic system for the generation of green electricity, charging stations for electric vehicles, and green roof areas. The project is targeting DGNB Platinum and DGNB Climate Positive certifications.
