Our experts in building renovations at the Paderborn location are undertaking an extensive project that includes the renovation and conversion of two existing buildings as well as the construction of a new one.

A single-story building, previously housing a wine shop, will be converted into a warehouse with a sales area. Simultaneously, a former car dealership, severely damaged by a tornado in 2022, will undergo a comprehensive core renovation. This two-story building will be restored as an office building.

Between these two existing buildings, a new four-story office building made of precast concrete elements will be constructed.
