bauwo Logistics Centre Bad Fallingbostel

Object description

BREMER is constructing the second phase of a logistics center in Bad Fallingbostel on behalf of bauwo. The logistics building will have two equally sized units, separated by a fire wall. A mezzanine with a depth of 12 meters will be placed at the front of the building. Each unit will have 9 dock levellers, a jumbo dock, and a ground-level gate available for delivery traffic.

A front office building will accommodate administrative workplaces, social areas, break rooms, and tea kitchens. The exterior areas will include 79 parking spaces for cars and 7 spaces for trucks, along with a covered bicycle storage area. The 25,000 m² hall will be used by the beverage manufacturer Coca-Cola.
