Object description

Directly adjacent to the A3 motorway is the logistics center of Bonita GmbH from Hamminkeln. The new construction is connected to the existing complex on the property via an intermediate building. The main building, which is about 20 years old, has a footprint of 9,200 m². The new, adjoining intermediate building is two stories high and has a footprint of 2,580 m². Another section of the site houses the high-bay warehouse, which has a total height of 25 meters. The construction of all the buildings consists of precast reinforced concrete elements. Above the precast concrete base, a cassette façade is installed.
