Object description

BREMER AG is building for Continental for the first time. The project involves the construction of a new production and administration building using a precast reinforced concrete structure. The CONTI DISTRIBUTION CENTER comprises two five-story office wings (east and west sides) and a three-story hall. The office wings are accessed via two staircases and elevator systems each. The building's façade features a curtain wall of smooth metal panels and aluminum window strips with external sun protection. The office wings are constructed from reinforced concrete with external thermal insulation. Throughout the building, the windows are integrated into the façade as aluminum mullion-transom constructions. The roof structure of the hall area consists of trapezoidal sheets with insulation and waterproofing, while the office areas have prestressed reinforced concrete floors.
