From complex demolition to a modern logistic hub.
With the construction of Logistics Warehouse 40 at Hannover-Stöcken, Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH is developing a future-ready logistics and office complex featuring approximately 20,000 m² of warehouse space. As general contractor, BREMER Nord is managing the project from the initial demolition works through to turnkey completion.

The project started with a demanding demolition phase in October 2025:
Several warehouse and an eight-storey office building were dismantled and demolished. A particular challenge was the protection of adjacent existing buildings. Extensive steel bracing measures enabled the controlled demolition of the structures while perserving the surrounding buildings.

The cleared site is now being transformed into two modern logistics halls, each offering 10,000 m² of floor space, together with a two-storey office building positioned in front of the halls. The ongoing installation of precast concrete elements is currently shaping the appearance of the construction site and already provides a clear impression of the scale of the future complex.

The office building will feature a siding façade with plug-in panel cladding, designed in accordance with the Continental corporate branding, creating a distinctive architectural feature within the new development.

We are pleased with the progress achieved so far and look forward to the next phase of construction. Completion of the project is scheduled for May 2027.
