Object description
BREMER is constructing a top-tier logistics center for Dietz AG in Lich.
The entire site covers an area of over 202,000 m², including around 70,000 m² of paved outdoor areas. The logistics building comprises 8 warehouses, each with a floor area of approximately 10,000 m², separated by fire walls. In addition, the building features a HUB (main transshipment hall) with an area of about 9,234 m².
The complex also includes office and social areas across 3 levels, with a total floor area of approximately 3,800 m². In total, there will be 157 truck parking spaces and 413 car parking spaces.
