Drehmatec Production Facilities and Office

Object description

For the client Drehmatec, BREMER is constructing a production hall with an attached office wing in Bielefeld. The property, with approximately 3,500 m² of gross floor area, will be built to the KfW-55 standard.

The planning placed special emphasis on creating a pleasant working atmosphere with ample natural light through large window elements. The office space is located on the spacious mezzanine level, overlooking the production areas. From this level, there is also access to a specially designed rooftop terrace.
