GIP Grundig logistics centre Nuremburg

Object description

BREMER Ingolstadt delivered two turnkey halls for the tenant Wacker Neuson at the GIP (Grundig Industrial Park) in Nuremberg. The facilities comprise approximately 3,000 m² and 1,065 m² respectively. A key feature of the project is a crane runway equipped with two overhead cranes.

In the outdoor area, asphalt rehabilitation works, including a new drainage system, were carried out in five phases while operations remained fully active. Particular care had to be taken to ensure continuous access to a furniture warehouse throughout the construction period.
