GRITEC production + office

Object description

BREMER Karlsruhe constructed a new production facility with an adjoining office building for the client GRITEC.

The development comprises a basement-level office annex and two production halls featuring mezzanine floors. The staff welfare and social facilities are located within the mezzanine areas. The roof of the production halls is equipped with a photovoltaic (PV) system, while the office roof has been designed as a green roof.

A gatehouse is located within the external grounds. In Production Hall 2, a KASTO bar storage system was integrated. A dedicated HGV circulation route was constructed around the entire building to allow full truck access. The two canopies, which run along the full length of the building on either side, each have a depth of 6 metres.
