Object description
For the first time, BREMER AG is building two new distribution centers for Jungheinrich at the same time. The project involves the construction of a new service center with a warehouse and workshop area as well as an adjoining three-storey administration building as a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure. The roof construction consists of trapezoidal sheet metal with insulation and sealing. The façade of the administration building consists of a curtain-type sheet metal façade with aluminum window strips. The ceiling in the office is a solid ceiling with insulation and waterproofing. The adjoining office building is connected to the hall by means of a connecting structure and a showroom. The building is heated and cooled using geothermal energy. The offices and the showroom are equipped with heating and cooling ceilings.
The northern area of the hall is accessed via a delivery yard, which is partially covered.
In the southern area, below the office, there are parking spaces and green areas.
In the western area, there is a large sloped drainage trough for draining rainwater.
