Logistics hall Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland

Object description

Our BREMER Region Nord division is constructing a new logistics and warehouse facility with adjoining office space for Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland, which will replace the existing site. Once the relocation is complete, the existing building will be demolished by an external contractor.

The building site borders directly on the former gasometer, which presented particular challenges during the planning and construction phases. Facing the street, the new hall will feature greenery on two sides of its façade, enhancing the cityscape and integrating the building harmoniously into its surroundings.

The project will be carried out within a tight timeframe from December 2025 to May 2026.
